    Hi,

    Have some problem with Jetsmart filter

    Created listing with posts, then tried to add Jetsmart filter to sort posts by date of publication.

    So, added a new filter “Date” with type Date Period and sort by date post.

    Then in “Date Period Filter” added my new filter.

    I have a posts from 2021 year, 2020 year, but don’t have from 2018 and 2019 years, for example.

    So, when i choose 2020 year – i see all posts (2021, 2020, 2017 etc.), but when i choose 2018 or 2019 – it is works correctly – no posts.

    I have posts from 2017 – and when I choose 2017 – i also see all posts for all years also. And 2016, 2015 ect – the same.

    I have tried all variant with date posts and also meta,and nothing works(

    Hello,

     

    I edited your Listing and added Dynamic Fields instead of the JX Posts element https://prnt.sc/1imn3l7 , then set to show 2 columns in the Listing Grid settings. Now the filter is working.

    Clear your browser cache and check.

    Alexander, hi again!

    Found last night that infiniti scroll doesn’t work in listing grid. Flickering is visible, but no download. As if something is preventing the download posts. Tried to fix it, and also tried to choose “By click”, but button is also doesn’t working.

    FTP credentials are incorrect, I got this error:

    Response: 530 Login authentication failed
    Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

    Could you please re-check them?

    Hello,

     

    After debugging I found that the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme “Twenty Twenty One”.

    So it’s related to the JetEngine plugin.

    I recommend you to send this query to the Crocoblock community:

    https://www.facebook.com/crocoblock

    and mention that the Load More functionality isn’t working with Twenty Twenty One theme.
