Hello! I have a problem, visitors to my site are reporting to me about the difficulties with displaying content based on JQuery. The problem is only for non-logged in users or in incognito mode. Please check the console on these pages:

    https://www.wildix.com/us/wildix-partners-worldwide/

    (Google map not showing ^^^)

    https://www.wildix.com/business-development-representative-us/

(In “Contact me!” block integration break, and user showed as Offline ^^^)

Both of this pages works fine from admin point of view

I see error “jQuery is not defined” from incognito mode, but library must be connected anyway from theme, right?

Also I tried to add fix “wp_enqueue_script(‘jquery’);” to my functions.php file – nothing was changed so I kinda stuck((

Also sometimes if you use page hard reset from developer console – JQuery works fine, but after reset, JQuery breaks again

    Hello,

I tried to disable plugins to debug the issue, then enabled them again, and the map is shown now https://prnt.sc/1qsv4yc .

Please clear your browser cache and check the site now.

    Regards.

And about map. I tested once more, on some different devices and different browsers. Problem now appears only in Google chrome.

    Hello,

    Are you using any CDN?

Please try to disable it and check the map after that.

    Regards.

    Hi Ivan,

You are using the Async Javascript plugin in both live and staging websites. I just deactivated the async load option (it is disabled for logged-in users by default) and the issue is resolved now. Using Async load is very risky and you need to know exactly what files should load without async to make it work. Better to keep this option deactivated.

    Bests
