    Hi there,
    <div></div>
    <div>I built a website a few years ago on Jupiter 6. I have not really logged in since.</div>
    <div>My old client has recently got in touch and asked for some minor updates to the site.</div>
    <div></div>
    <div>However it seems I cannot edit the theme or access the pages as there is a “jquery Migrate Helper box” on each page?</div>
    <div>I’m not very code savvy and I’m worried about this effecting the site.</div>
    <div></div>
    <div>Please see attached screen grab.</div>
    <div></div>
    <div>Kind regards</div>

    Ok no worries. Please let us know whenever you can.

    Regarding your issue, maybe it’s better to deactivate the plugin another way (renaming the jquery migrate folder from wp-content/plugins/ and then opening your backend). This way if the issue was related to jquery migrate, you can bypass it. However, there might be other issues that are not related to this plugin at all. In case your website is too old that requires a massive update, you may need to update everything on a staging website and then make sure nothing is changed in the front end. If you need someone to do it for you, feel free to contact WPDone and choose updating service.

    Hi Aoife

    Now you can access your backend normally, Jquery migrate plugin is not an issue anymore but you have a massive update of the plugins, themes and WordPress ahead, staging copy is a must, in this case, you already have all the information from my colleague

    Well, yes, first of all ask your hosting if it supports such feature, otherwise, you may use third-party plugins, check this article please:

    Hello,

    I’ve deactivated the Contact Form 7 plugin which caused the error. Please check the staging site now.

    Hello Aoife,

    We’re glad to know you successfully updated your site.

    As for the About Us page, I added this CSS code in Theme Options > Advanced Custom CSS:

    @media (min-width: 1024px){
    .animated-column-item .animated-column-holder {
    height: 100%;
    display: flex;
    align-items: center;
    justify-content: center;
    }}

    Please check it.

    Regards.
