I’m having some serious loading problems with my website. I’ve been using the https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ plugin to mitigate the issues with the upgraded WordPress. With Jupiter version 6.10, I still have to use this plugin since my sidebars won’t load (or they’re hidden behind the top background photos some of the site).
The problem is that the plugin causes other loading problems with my site, like sometimes, the homepage loads with half of my top background photo covered by the sidebar! Is there a way around this, and will there be a version of Jupiter that permanently fixes this jquery issue?
Amir Rather Support Team 7 months, 3 weeks agoHi Sean,
I deactivated the jQuery Migrate plugin and updated the Jupiter Donut and Core plugins.
The Sidebar shows like this now https://i.imgur.com/4OLB9wy.png
Could you please check now after clearing the cache and let us know?
Regards
Sean 7 months, 3 weeks agoHi Amir. Yes, it appears to be working well now. Are you saying my Jupiter Donut and Core plugins weren’t fully updated? I thought that by uploading Jupiter 6.10, it would update Donut and Core as well?
Also, there’s a WP File Manager plugin there, should I delete that?
Amir Rather Support Team 7 months, 3 weeks agoYeah delete it, they need to be updated after the Theme has been updated, the Theme isn’t registered so the Control Panel > Required Plugins section won’t work.

No, I updated them on your site myself.

Sean 7 months, 3 weeks agoOkay, so one last thing: the jQuery Migrate plugin no longer has to be used, as long as Jupiter, Donut and Core are fully updated, is that correct? Thanks again.
Amir Rather Support Team 7 months, 3 weeks agoIf everything is working normally then jQuery Migrate is not needed surely.

I see this https://take.ms/9YXXMon the signatories page.
Don’t you see anything?
Try checking in incognito mode https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/i/incognito.htm

Sean 7 months, 3 weeks agoHi Amir,
I’m afraid I don’t understand the take.ms link above. It’s https://internationalmanifesto.org/signatories/. It should be a list of names. I checked in Incognito. Do you see a list of names?
