#132132 Json error 0 – removing a paid product

Hello. We have free and paid for items on our website. We have noticed a bug in one shopping scenario. So if we add a paid and a free product to the cart, then at the checkout we remove the paid for product we can’t checkout and get the attached error.

I couldn’t replicate the issue strangely, I added one Free product, added one £12.00 product as well, went to checkout, removed the paid product but was still able to Purchase the free one.
What am I missing?

Can you try again, perhaps it’s an occasional error??

Unfortunately, I too couldn’t replicate the issue. In order to resolve it, we need to first see what is happening and in this case, if it’s happening on your end, it’s better to do as follow:
– Switch to another theme and try to replicate the issue again.
– Deactivate the plugins one by one and try to replicate it again.
– Provide the exact steps to replicate the issue. Unfortunately, since it’s not possible to replicate on our end, it’s really hard to guess what is wrong.
