Hi there, so i just bought my 8th license of your theme because i really like it. But this time i’m running against some major issues. I transported a website from a staging environment to a live environment and now the jupiter core plugin is messing up the site. It’s weird cause on the staging it worked fine. So first i did was updating theme and plugin files. That didn’t work and ran into another problem. The jet tricks plugin keeps asking for an update, but how many times i try to update it, it doesn’t want to. And can not activate it because it’s saying the version is to old for the theme. Can you please help to fix these issues?
And now that i’m on it, i also keep the notification that my WP Memory Limit is not oke. I’ve changed this everywhere i can, but no effect.

The styling is correct. Have you fixed it? Can you show a screenshot from your side?
As for the plugin, try to delete it completely and install it again.

We checked the JetTricks version and turns out that the Crocoblock team uploaded old plugin into ThemeForest package. They need to reupload it. We reported this issue to their team and waiting till they upload a new version.

Unfortunately such settings can’t be set in the Raven Form, you should fill in these fields with your info, please check this article:

You should leave “Reply-To” field empty and you’ll be able to reply to the customer’s email.

It’s not useless, you can reply to your clients if you leave the field “Reply-To” empty and it will take the client’s email address from the Email field.

And now the final issue, the WP memory limit. Can you have a look a that also. Keep getting the error while memory is raised by code and hosting.
