    Hi.

    Im working on a site – http://www.the1810company.co.uk and have a number of products listed in various categories.
    On set up of the site, all seemed to work fine and I set up category pages such as this – https://www.the1810company.co.uk/accessory-trough/

    the product list on here was set up using the Jupiter X Elements – Products widget.
    When I have come back to admin this, I cant see where in the element settings i tell it what category to use.
    I am sending a couple of screen grabs.

    What I need to know is, how to tell the widget to use a particular category, then I need to be able to change the order that the products are listed in.

    Hi Howard

    Jupiter X product widget does not have the option to filter products by category, try to use the Product Grid widget from JetElements instead and you will have better options to filter products by category or by any other parameters: https://prnt.sc/1ub6sah

    thanks for the response.

    I have used the Product JX widget as mentioned, and it only shows products from the ‘Zen’ product range
    How does it do this if there aren’t any settings to include certain categories etc?

    I have looked at using Jet Elements product Grid widget but it doesnt seem to work with
    the compare and Wishlist plugins I have added to the site.

    Hi Howard,

    There was a misunderstanding here and we are sorry about that. There is a conflict in the recent version of Elementor, causing the Products, Posts, and Posts Carousel widgets to lose their “Terms and Category” selection options. It is fixed and just waiting to be released (probably this week). However, if you downgrade your Elementor to 3.3.x, the issue will be resolved for now. You can do it through Elementor -> Tools -> Version Control.
