JupiterX Core “error code” when updating

I received your email to update all of installation of JupiterX

On my DignityCare.com site, asI do with my many other Jupiter X sites … I choose”Update All” from the Jupiter Control panel. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 years that I have been immediately kicked out of the admin area and there was an error code.

I contacted Hostgator and they ran a diagnostic. We disabled all of the plugins and everything came back fine except JupiterX Core! This is the same issue as before. I made sure Raven was disabled as well.

Hostgator’s senior technician stated the his diagnostic tool showed that JupiterX Core was absolutely the problem and they sent me the error code to send to you…. showing the following syntax error code on line 750:
<p style=”padding-left: 40px;”>Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /home3/agws2d5dudyk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jupiterx-core/includes/control-panel-2/includes/class-layout-builder.php on line 750</p>
This is one of the very first sites I have built in JupiterX. This is the 3rd time that I have experienced major issues updating the plugins on this specific site. I have to believe that this is because this plugin still has bad code from the initial installation several years ago …. that is not getting fixed in the updating process.

WE ROLLED BACK THE SITE TO A PREVIOUS VERSION A FEW WEEKS AGO AND I DON’T WANT TO TRY TO UPDATE ANYTHING AGAIN UNTIL YOU LOOK AT THIS ISSUE FOR ME

Can you please go into this site and fix this plug-in? It has already cost me 3 hours today trying to fix it with no success.

Please check again, It’s fixed now, I will also report this problem as a bug and it will be fixed in future updates of the theme.

Sorry but marking the response as private doesn’t really help anyone else that experienced the same issue. I have the same exact issue. What are the steps I could take to fix this.

PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATE – THE SITE IS BACK DOWN AGAIN!!!!!

IT HAPPENED AGAIN TONIGHT. I WENT IN TO UPDATE THE PLUGINS AS I HAVE DONE WITH 7 OTHER OF MY JUPITERX SITES. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT KEEPS THROWING THIS ERROR BELOW. NOW WE BACK DOWN ONCE AGAIN… SO OBVIOUSLY YOU DID NOT GET IT FIXED. t

I NEED YOUR HELP IMMEDIATELY!!!!  YOU CAN SEE FROM THE OUTSIDE THIS ERROR. HOSTGATOR ONCE AGAIN STATED THAT THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. THIS WAS THE VERY FIRST JUPITERX SITE I BUILT, PRIOR TO ALL THE REST OF MY SITE. I CAN ONLY BELIEVE THAT THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN THERE A LONG TIME AND IS JUST SURFACING NOW!!!!  ACCESS TO THE FTP IS ABOVE IN THE PREVIOUS MESSAGE.
