Dear team, I have a bug after one update. I use Elementor pro on my product sites, the review section is not in tabs anymore but on the bottom of the page. It was always to possible to click the stars/review section so it jumps to the element on the page at the bottom. After one of the last updates it stops working, the clicking of the links leads to NOTHING. Kindly let me know how to fix it, please find screenshots attached. Please find appropriate page BELOW.

    Hi Sarah,

Sorry for the delayed response. Please kindly provide your WP admin credentials in the next PRIVATE reply so I check the backend. We may need to deactivate some plugins and switch the theme to something else so it would be great if you take a backup before the next reply. From what I see in the front end, the codes seem to be working as expected and there is no issue so I need to check the backend and see if there is an option or feature required to be activated.

    Hi Sarah,

I still have the same issue, so I can’t log in. I use a premium VPN service so I can not disable the proxy if it uses any. Anyway, let me give you a workaround, it will probably fix the issue.

As far as I can see, the ID of the reviews section has changed in the single product template. While the Jupiter X review link navigates to the section with this ID:

    jupiterx-wc-header-reviews

The Elementor Pro’s review section on the page is “reviews”. Now we have two workarounds:

1 – Create a link, use dynamic elements to show the number of reviews and link it to “#reviews” section using an anchor link.

2 – Add this to the section container of the reviews tab in Elementor -> Select the section container -> Advanced -> CSS ID:

    jupiterx-wc-header-reviews

It would be a trick and will resolve the issue. Either of above workarounds should fix it. Can you please try that and see if that helps?
