#79087 Logo Not Displaying
jconte77-7b678157 3 weeks, 5 days ago
I recently changed the logo on https://malignantnomore.temp513.kinsta.cloud through WordPress customizer and now it is not displaying in either Elementor Site Logo or the JupiterX Site Logo.
I’ve flushed the assets Cache, the browser Cache and am not sure where else to go from here.
So, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Now I see the logo is displayed on your site: https://prnt.sc/u8p3hb Is this correct? which logo did you want to display?jconte77-7b678157 3 weeks, 5 days ago
Hey Nodari, thanks so much for the quick reply.
That is the old placeholder logo I had. I recently swapped it for the one I want to go with and yet it’s not displaying anywhere I have the logo place.
Attached is an image of what’s displaying in the footer when using the JupiterX logo block. (The header is using the Elementor one and hence still showing what I previously had).Nodari Support Team 3 weeks, 4 days ago
Ok, it’s fixed, there was Mixed content problem on your site, the logo was not loading because it was not secure, now, I just re-uploaded logo and it appears normally 🙂

Hey Nodari, thanks so much for that, is that something that is common when switching to HTTPS?
Because I did do that yesterday and it had been showing as secure though now I’m receiving an error from Google about the connection I have to the site not being secure.
Could it be related to the image upload?
If so, any idea as to how to smooth all this out?

Hey Nodari, just an FYI I made a switch to the logo (wanted to make it a bit bigger) and the site is now rendering as secure (screenshot attached) though now the header and footer logo aren’t showing again.jconte77-7b678157 3 weeks, 4 days ago

Right now I can only see default placeholder image instead of logo, yes, its related tot he HTTPS probably you switched site after the logo was uploaded, once you upload it on HTTPs enabled you will not have this problem
If you want just let me know and I will attach any logo in the header and in the footer without affecting the security of the site 🙂

Hey Nodari, sorry for the delay; I have been in transit for the last few days. And I appreciate the offer to help though I actually tracked down the issue.
It was related to what is described here: https://prominentweb.com/blog/wordpress-my-logo-is-not-showing-after-switching-to-https/#:~:text=Go%20to%20the%20General%20Settings,sure%20to%20save%20these%20changes.
I made that change and things appear to be working as normal.
So we can close this out for now!
