    Hi there,

after several months of proper using Jupiter template – we started google ads campaign. Almost immediately after starting our campaigns webiste started to behave oddly. Our ads were not allowed because of malicious content on website. After 2 days of investigation we did not find any changes on desktop but on mobile we have found page which was loaded before our page with betting content. So we think there could be some backdoor at website. We installed Wordfence plugin to find what is going on website and we have found lot of defective includes, js, php’s… We regularly update WP core/plugins/change passwords and filtering users. Could you help us with cleaning page backdoors and malicious content/includes (php,js) removal?

    Thank you

    Hi Thomas

So sorry to hear about such a problem,
First of all, I want to say that cleaning up the site from malware and viruses is out of our support frames, we are best with our products but your problem needs a different approach, however, I can recommend some general points you may take in consideration:

    1. Make sure you are using updated software, WordPress, themes, plugins they must be updated
    2. If you are on shared hosting you need to scan all your hosting files, your site files can be infected by other projects on shared hosting
    3. if you still can’t get rid of viruses contact to your hosting and ask them for help, most hosting companies already have services to remove malicious software from the sites

    Hope this helps 🙂
