Mails in Office 365 in spam

Hi,

my client uses Office 365. Only one person gets the mails not in spam, all others get the mails from contact form on WP website https://www.allinone-personal.ch in spam. I already use the plugin “WP Mail SMTP” and the hoster of Office 365 set the clients email as “safe sender. Any recommendations?

Im afraid there is nothing in our product that can change this behavior, first of all, please contact to WP mail SMTP plugin support or check their documentation, since the mails are sending through this plugin, delivery is also depending on the plugin setup.
