Memmory limit reading is wrong

Php.ini, htacess and config file shows 512MB but in control panel it shows 40MB. Please install the Osogoa template for me thanks. You can use wp file manager to view the files.

Worked now can you still instsall the osogoa template thanks. Not sure why it did not work yesterday.
