    Good morning,

    I just updated WordPress, Jupiter X and plugins requiring updates. After this update, the main menu dropped below the logo (it was originally to the right of the logo).

    Could you please provide advice on how this can be fixed?

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

    Hello Jeremy

    Please try this css code to fix the problem:

    .elementor-widget-wrap>.elementor-element {
        width: auto;
    }

    Let me know if it worked

    Hi Nodari, I added the code to public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/jupiterx-child/assets/css/style.css, and then emptied the browser cache, but unfortunately it didn’t work.

    Hi There

    The issue is caused by the latest Elementor,

    Please try Rolling Back to v2.99 https://docs.elementor.com/article/382-rolling-back-to-a-previous-version-of-elementor for now.

    Regards

    Hi Amir,

    I rolled back Elementor to v2.99 as you suggested. Unfortunately that broke the site completely (as per image in my previous message).

    I have now reverted the site to a backup.

    Could you please advise what I can upgrade. The upgrades available are:

    • WordPress: 5.4.2 to 5.5
    • Advanced Custom Fields: 5.8.9 to 5.9.0
    • Akismet Anti-Spam: 4.1.4 to 4.1.6
    • Customiser Export/Import: 0.9.1 to 0.9.2
    • Elementor: 2.9.7 to 3.0.2
    • JetElements For Elementor: 2.2.12 to 2.3.2
    • Jupiter X Core: 1.16.0 to 1.17.0
    • Raven: 1.9.4 to 1.10.1

    Thanks.

    Looks like you already resolved your problem? https://prnt.sc/u8qg56
    sorry for being late, Is there anything we can do for you?

    Jeremy Bennett

    Nodari, it didn’t work – it appeared to because I had reverted the site to a previous version as described in my previous message.

    After your response (which didn’t give me the assurance I was seeking), I went ahead anyway and updated everything (including Elementor, which updated to 3.0.5). This all worked.

    Jeremy, actually I only suggested CSS code 🙂

    Anyway, glad to hear you found a solution, feel free to contact us again
