    Good afternoon,

I’ve installed Jupiter X on my website that I’m developing with local. Everything worked yesterday however, today I couldn’t see any templates (all filters were blank and nothing was appearing). After trying to troubleshoot and solve it, I uninstalled everything and tried to reinstall but now I’m locked outside as the Purchase Code (or the API key) I have with my download doesn’t work.

Can you please help me setting it up?

    Thanks a million,

Could you please send over your API key and administrative WordPress access(in a private reply) so we can check what might be going on in the backend? We’ll need permission to debug this.

    Hi There

Unfortunately, this doesn’t work, could you make the site live by any chance?

To increase the memory limit, you can also add define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT','256M'); to your WordPress wp-config.php file, just before the “That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.” line.

What exactly is the error that shows when you try to add a plugin? Could you provide a screenshot of it?

Go for 7.4.1 for now. The file is in the root or the first folder of the WordPress folder of your site example https://take.ms/J4adH
