I have updated several sites to Jupiter Version: 6.7.0. When I update, I have 2 problems.

    1. The parallax images all disappear. I have added the image in the WP Bakery Row options AND in the row Design Settings. The image shows but does not move in a parallax fashion. Example: https://www.gr8tan.com/ the section with the title: Great Tan Ongoing Specials
    2. Widget areas disappear and are not able to be edited. I can edit using the Appearance > Customize menu but not in the proper area – Appearance > Widgets. See this video https://www.loom.com/share/0bb5214eb6ba49f2b78972525a68ad68

This is happening on every site using Jupiter 6.7.0 and WP Bakery Builder. The WP Bakery Builder has an update but has not been updated within the theme.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.

I can’t log in with the provided credentials.

    Please share the correct ones.

Do you have WordPress latest version? They removed jquery support and it may be the reason of the issues.

Please install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and check the site after that.

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Hi,

I installed and tried this plugin, but it did not change the situation. The parallax image does not show at all. I put the same image in the row background, just so there is not a blank spot on the page…

I have reset the credentials. Can you please take a look?

Also, when will the WP Bakery builder (modified) be updated?

    thank you.

    Hello,

    1. I reported this issue to the developers. They will investigate it as soon as possible. Meanwhile please add the content and parallax image in the Page Section element instead of the row.
    2. I was able to edit widgets in Appearance > Widgets https://take.ms/Oae0X . Try to clear your browser cache and re-check.

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Tatyana,
I am having this widget problem on several of my sites. My developer found a plugin that helped.

    Hello,

Where do you see those warnings?

I checked the site but didn’t find them.

    Could you please clarify?

    Thank you.

    Regards.

The errors were showing in the dashboard at the top of the plugins menu. I copied them to the ticket.

    Good morning Michel

Yes, we are aware, those messages (not errors) are showing up after WordPress 5.5 when they removed jquery dependency, this problem is already reported and they will be fixed in the next theme update, before this, you may dismiss that message,e your site is still functional and safe to use

Have a great weekend Michel 🙂
