I just checked with the website host and they say the limit is at 1024M. But the system status panel still shows memory limit is 102M. Can you help me with this please?

    Thank you.

    Hello there,

Well, this is a very strange issue. This needs further debugging.

Does your host come with the FTP accounts? If yes, could you please share the FTP details in a private reply so that I can checkout some PHP settings and see what exactly is happening.

Also, I believe this is a fault at the server level because even the WordPress’s own server settings are not showing it correctly. If your service provider’s claim was correct, the WordPress server settings of your site should show the Memory Limit as 1024M but it’s showing it as 1073741824. You can check this in Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> Server

Could you please contact your service provider again for this issue and tell them about what WordPress’s own server settings are showing.
