Hello, I just modified one of my pages and it looks fine in both Elementor as well as when ‘previewing’ the page while logged in, but when you view the page on the web the pictures are all gone and the formatting is all incorrect. Any insights would be most appreciated.

I just cleaned up the cache and everything seems to be normal now, please verify 🙂

bobj69172-c41d9e58 1 year, 4 months agoThanks for the help. I cleaned out the cache via “purge SG cache” a couple of times but it didn’t do anything. Perhaps I just needed to wait a bit longer? (Not sure if there is logic there or not.)
It’s much better now, although the wrong pictures are loading. For some reason some pictures which I used briefly while creating the page are loading rather than the actual pictures currently in use. Perhaps just wait a bit longer and keep purging the cache?
Thanks again.
Nodari Support Team 1 year, 4 months agoHowdy 🙂
I made another review and I see all the pictures that are selected in the page builder are properly displayed on the frontend, I cant see any issue from my side. How does it work for you?
Waiting for your reply 🙂
bobj69172-c41d9e58 1 year, 4 months agoThank you for your response. To the best of my knowledge, the picture loading on the live site is not the appropriate photo on the back end. To confirm this, I have changed the page so that there is no photo loaded whatsoever, yet the old photo is still loading somehow. (I also cleared the cache.) Please see the attachments showing the discrepancy between the back end and the live site.
Thank you in advance.
Amir Rather 1 year, 4 months agoHi there
I see the Image doesn’t load when logged in, please try and disable all 3rd party plugins especially Cache plugins(momentarily) and then check.
Regards
bobj69172-c41d9e58 1 year, 4 months agoIt looks like a plugin has been causing the issue. Everything works fine until I reactivate W3 Speedster and everything goes haywire. It seems checking plugins should be the next step when things aren’t making sense.
Thank you for your assistance.
