    I cannot install some plugins. I always get this message “Something went wrong! please try again”. I cannot install almost all available plugins. Woocommerce is very important to my products.

    During investigation, I found this error:

    Installation failed: Could not create directory.

    The error happens if you exceed the quota limit of your server, or if the directory you are trying to reach is already full.

    You need contact your hosting provider support and ask them to check this.

    Let us know their reply.


    By the way, I recommend you to check if you can install a plugin with default WP theme “Twenty Twenty One”.
