    Hello There,

    Before everything else, I see you’re using an older version of the Theme https://themes.artbees.net/support/ken/release-notes/

    I suggest you try updating with one of these two methods:

    via WordPress dashboard
    via an FTP client.

    Both are described here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-ken-theme/

    Please take full site backup before updating.

    I have made all the theme and plugin updates to the site. The portfolio page is still not working. Please advise.

    I checked your site and yes, I can see the issue.

    To debug the issue further, please allow me to disable the theme/plugins temporarily.


    Also, I see that you are using a very old version of the PHP which could be the issue here. Please contact your service provider and ask them to update the PHP version to at least version 7.

    Okay, I installed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin which is needed after the WP 5 update because WP 5 removed default support for jQuery migrate and the Portfolio seems to be working now.

    I also deactivate the “Test jQuery Updates” plugin.


    Please check the site and let me know.
