Portfolio Menu – Not the same as other pages?

How do I keep a consistent look on the Portfolio Page to keep the same full screen image and make the menu look like it does on other pages? Thank you!

This is a Default Portfolio Archive page and can’t be customized I suggest you create a custom portfolio page instead https://themes.artbees.net/docs/creating-a-custom-portfolio-page/ and redirect the https://villageelectric.ca/portfolio/ page to your custom team page.

How do I edit the navigation menu though without affecting the global site settings? It’s hard to read because it’s white on white?
