Pre-Loader Option Not Displaying

I’m wanting to set up a pre-loader on my website morganmacnutrition.ca but based on your article directions I don’t have the option for a pre-loader, however I have the theme installed with the correct license. Are you able to check the back-end for me?

Im afraid preloader is not available in Jupiter X theme, try to use third-party plugins for this, there are many free pr premium plugins for this feature 🙂
