Problems with JupiterX Themes after installation

Hi Artbees team,

we have problems with JupiterX after installation.

All the themes we activate doesn’t function as shown in the preview. It seems that some plugins or the jupiterx-core-plugin do not function as it should.

We have recently WordPress version 5.5

What is wrong with the installation or do we have compatibility problems with wp5.5?

I have the same problem! I can’t update Jupiter X core 1.16.2 to the new version 1.17.0
And Raven 1.10.0. to the new version 1.10.1.

Thats right – we tried a second installation with WP 5.4.2 – same result

Hey there

Fixed, check again please, I just downgraded Elementor to version 2.9.14 and it worked, please this version of Elementor is not fully compatible to the theme, we are working on this problem and next update will fix this problem

You can downgrade Elementor from Elementor Tools > version control > and select version 2.9.14 here
