#131175 Problems with support subscription

Hi, good morning,
I have an active license of Jupiter that I renewed on Friday through ThemeForest.
If I look at ThemeForest data, the support will expire in March 16, 2022 but, if I look to the Artbees Portal, the support is already expired.
This problem is reported more than year and a half ago and I have the same problem every time that I need to renew the support (please look at https://themes.artbees.net/forums/topic/problems-with-support-subscription/).
Could you please fix this problem? It’s very annoying and also I am afraid that your system does not recognize me as a supported user and I cannot open tickets if it’s necessary.

I’ll do if the problem arise again, in the past, if you review the old ticket, this link didn’t fix the problem and caused problems.
