#132632 Product filters not working

We are using the Jet Smart Filters on our shop page here (https://time4coffee.co.uk/shop/) but for some reason you cant select more than one filter at once. for example, this product (https://time4coffee.co.uk/product/brazier-el-ingenio-el-salvador-single-origin/) is in the North America Region, and is in the Apple Flavour. If i select Apple in the flavour field the product displays, if i then select North America it shows no results. The same happens if i select North America in the region field, then select flavour after.
Any idea why it is not reading that both filters have been selected so that it should now display all products that match the filters?

Please note that Jet Smart Filters is a bundled plugin with Jupiter X theme, while we are not the authors of it. Based on our support policy, we have limited support on questions related to third-party plugins. I strongly recommend you to provide a license of Jet Smart Filters and ask your question from the Crockoblock support. As far as I know, this is not the way you should handle this. Using the “Select” filter does not communicate with the “And” operand like what you want. Maybe add a new taxonomy to your “products” post type using Jet Engine (Location, Flavor) or use the attributes to filter the items. We are not sure if this is the way you can handle the filters (using the categories and “select” filter type).
