Product List – Error

Hi. When we try to edit our “Product list” page via the Customizer > Shop > Product List, the only thing that happens in our window is a text shows up that says “Whoops, no result found! It looks like nothing was found at this location. Try a new search?” We have had this issue all the time, it has worked only one time shortly, but after we published, the problem was there again. What is wrong?
