Could you please provide the invoice that has the Purchase Code shown on?

I checked the Purchase Code but unfortunately, there seems to be some issue as it’s not generating an API key.

 

This is something that is wrong at the Envato’s end. Please contact the Envato support and tell them about this and ask them to check your Envato account.
