#131348 Radio Filter Type & Indexer Counters

On product search pages, radio type filters do not work. Other types, like checkbox work fine.
The theme and plugins are up to date.
Is there a known bug at this level?
In addition, for all types of filters, Indexer Counter does not work either. Despite having followed the procedures correctly, and having clicked on the red button “INDEX FILTERS”.

For the Filter to work the Listing Post should have the information provided.

Sorry for the delayed response. After carefully reviewing the issue, we realized that it’s not a theme issue as the same problem happens when you switch off the Jupiter X theme and Jupiter X Core plugin. I asked Crockoblock to check this issue to make sure it’s not a bug on their side. If they realize that it’s not a bug, it would be certainly a configuration issue. In this case, since it’s all about third-party plugins, I’m afraid we can’t help that much. Although this plugin is bundled with our theme, we are not the authors of these plugins and your case is truly complex. It’s better to either provide a license of Jet Smart Filter and ask their exclusive support to check this, or ask this question through their community page here:

I’ve got an update from Crocokoblock team. Apparently, in this case, if we disable the Indexer functionality, the issue will be resolved. I deactivated the Indexer for that Radio filter box on Elementor editor while editing your category template and the issue was resolved. AFterwards, when I activated the Indexer again, the issue was still resolved. Not sure why.
