    Hi there

I hope you are well. My Sticky designed menu template does not work with Jupiter X. It was working. I upgraded to Elementor Pro as I need to extra features for other users just to edit the content so that they do not mess with the design and the issue came up.

I’m using the following theme: https://jupiterx.artbees.net/creative-studio/

    My website: https://purplerunconsulting.com.au/

I read this article https://themes.artbees.net/docs/creating-a-custom-header-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor/ but it does not work. Could you please investigate?

Please see attached screenshots ( Sicky header PRC & Header PRC) so that you can see how it look before and how it looks nows on the live site. The header has become also the sticky header..pretty strange.

    Hi There

I find out what was wrong. On the main header, the display condition was set on. All the headers do not have the condition so the header and the sticky header displays. Properly

I set the instances to none ( Elementor Display conditioning off)

    Please close this request.
