    Dear Artbees Team,

    I got a few questions regarding some of the widgets or the Jupiter X Theme

    Related products widget

    Is it possible to delete the title of the related products widget? I have scaled down the title to 1pt in order to make it as less visible as possible but would like to remove it completely.

    single images widget

    Is it possible to delete the zoom lens in the upper right corner of the images displayed?

    Single sharing widget

    Is it possible to center this widget? Furthermore, is it possible to style this widget somehow? (other icons etc. etc.)

    Product grid widget

    Is it possible to show the different product pictures (or atleast a second) on hover of the thumbnail on the product grid widget?

    Before you chance anything, please consult me beforehand as I do not want any changes without my knowledge

    Thank you very much!

    Best regards

    Hello,

    1. Add this code in Jupiter X > Customize > Additional CSS:
    .elementor-219 .elementor-element.elementor-element-9fd1e82 .jet-woo-builder > .related.products > h2 {
    display: none;
    }

    2. Add this css code:

    .woocommerce div.product div.images .woocommerce-product-gallery__trigger {
    position: absolute;
    display: none;
    }

    3. Use this css code:

    .jupiterx-social-share .jupiterx-social-share-inner {
    justify-content: center;
    }

    Unfortunately these share icons can be styled with css code only, we can change their size, color, etc. Please clarify what you want to modify.

    4. Unfortunately such option is not available. It was added as a feature task and developers will implement it on one of the updates.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards.

    Thank you Tatjana!

    I got another questions regarding

    Jet Smart filters

    On the following pages I tried to install a color filter:

    https://www.squatsandpizza.com/shopwomen/

    https://www.squatsandpizza.com/shopmen/

    Unfortunately this somehow doesnt work out. I am not quite sure why.

    Could you please have a look?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    As I see you didn’t create any colors https://take.ms/2kizK in Products > Attributes > Configure terms https://take.ms/QveTuD .

    So there is nothing to show.

    Create the terms at first and then check the filter.

    Regards.

    Florian Prokosch

    Hey Tatyana,

    Thank you for your reply.

    At first I didnt configure any attribute terms “globally” via products -> attributes since the attributes are configured in each product itself. (so the color attribute is directly and mapped to the products itself and the products are automatically  imported via a 3rd party plugin to Woocomcerce)

    Now I have configured the terms now just like you said but it still doesnt work.

    Any suggestions how to fix that?

    Best regards

    Hello,

    The filter you created for color uses Attributes items created in Products > Attributes and the Attribute should be added for products, not manually as you did https://take.ms/5LCyH . I added the Color attribute and selected the values https://take.ms/Adgj2 for this product https://www.squatsandpizza.com/product/mens-athletic-t-shirt-15/ .

    Now the filter is shown https://take.ms/EmUhA , please check https://www.squatsandpizza.com/shopmen/ .

    Set this attribute for other products.

    Let us know if more help is needed.

    Thank you.

    Dear Tatyana,

    thank you.

    As mentioned earlier the color attribute is added automatically (I dont do not manually) via the plugin of a printing service (printful). This unfortunately cant be changed and is necessary. Furthermore, I am quite sure that these dual color attributes will interfere somehow with the printful API / and or fulfillment service.

    Is there any way to use the already existing color-attributes which are imported with the products via printful?

    Thank you and best regards!

    Hello,

    Unfortunately it can’t be done another way.

    As I see the variations are shown with Woocommerce Variation Swatches plugin https://take.ms/CDzRl not Printful.

    Also I checked Printful settings, but didn’t find any variations there.

    Can clarify how you added variations with Printful plugin?

    As an alternative you can use Manual Input option in the filter settings https://take.ms/0Ju2h .

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Florian Prokosch

    Dear Tatjana,

    Thank you for your reply.

    The proccess is as following:

    I create a product via printful.com -> I push/import the created product to the woocommerce store via printful.com using the printful plugin.

    I directly configure all sizes / colors on printful.com. The imported product is shown then in my woocommcerce store.

    I have now deleted the color-variations you added manually. Otherwise the product would not work properly in the store.

    How would the manual input option work? What would be the right _query to filter for colors manually? I cant find any color query in the woocommerce instructions

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Another short questions for the Checkout-Cart:

    I would like the field “Ship to a different address” to be unchecked by default. Currently it is checked by default.

    How can this be done?

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Tatyana Hutsol Support Team

    Hello,

    As for the Checkout page, this is a WooCommerce feature. You can just change this in the WooCommerce shipping options:

    WooCommerce–> Shipping Options–> Shipping Destination –> (select) Default to customer billing address.

    Once done, “Ship to a different address” will be not checked by default.

    As for the color filter, you have to contact the Printful authors so they instruct you how to filter if the attributes were imported via their plugin.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards.

    Dear Tatyana,

    thank you!

    Single add to cart widget

    How is the quantity count set to “no show”? Could you please help me with that?

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Tatyana Hutsol Support Team

    Hello,

    To get the quantity box shown, you need set font size and other Typography settings in the Single Add to Cart widget  https://take.ms/DgibA .

    Please try and let us know.

    Thank you.

    Florian Prokosch

    Dear Tatyana,

    Jet Woo Template

    Dear Artbees-Team,

    how do I change the background of a Jet Woo template?

    Thank you!

    Best regards

    Tatyana Hutsol Support Team

    Hello,

    To disable quantity box, add this code in the functions.php file in the child theme:

    function wc_remove_all_quantity_fields( $return, $product ) {
    return true;
    }
    add_filter( 'woocommerce_is_sold_individually', 'wc_remove_all_quantity_fields', 10, 2 );

    Or enable “Sold Individually” option for each product https://wpmayor.com/how-to-remove-quantity-field-from-woocommerce-product-page/ .

    Do you want to change background on single product pages or on product archive pages?

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Florian Prokosch

    Dear Tatyana,

    Thank you for your reply!

    When I add your code snippet to the functions.php it unfortunately also deletes the possibility to change the product quantity in the shopping cart.

    Is is possible to only deactivate the quantity input in the “single add to cart” widget?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Florian

    Single product Jet woo Template

    Dear Team,

    I have found another challenge in our shop.

    Unfortunately out Jet Woo Single Product template is not “centered” in the mobile version.Somehow is is possible to scroll to the right. (please see attached screenshot the red bubble) How to fix that?
    I don’t want the viewers to be able to scroll left or right. Just up and down

    Thank you!

    Tatyana Hutsol Support Team

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.

    To remove quantity box on single products only, add this css code in Jupiter X > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .single-product .product .elementor-jet-single-add-to-cart .cart .quantity {
    display: none !important;
    }

    To change background color on single product pages, add this css code:

    .single-product .jupiterx-main {
    background-color: #5f5858 !important;
    }

    As for the horizontal scroll, when the quantity will be hidden, the scroll will be disabled too.

    Let us know the result.

    Thank you.
