Hello,
we have https://www.alanage.be
when we check the website by reduce the size of the windows == responsive == ok
when we check with a Phone = the website is with desktop view.
Do you have any solution ?

I have a proper view of the website on any phone, I also tried with my Pixel 6 and its ok, https://prnt.sc/37m5SBn_XHTI perhaps you have desktop view enabled by default from the phone browser?

here (in Belgium) we have all the desktop version on or mobile :/
Apou, not clearly get the meaning of the last message, if you have desktop mode enabled on your mobile you will have a desktop version view, you need to switch on the mobile view to see the responsive version of the page.

So, i confirm that we dont have “desktop mode enabled”, we test on few mobile and not understand why the responsive is not loading.

Which mobile device is that? I tried the same in several simulators and one that is attached is from Pixel 6 phone, I can’t replicate the problem.

i check your screenshot, and this is not the mobile version, you can check in elementor, all its ok, when you go trough the front, its not ok…

Ok tx, so, on the Phone, you have the DESKTOP version and on a Firefox on my Macbook, the mobile viewport = the mobile version… The issue coming from the device maybe ?

sorry, but if i follow my investigation, its not possible that the animation of the step-bar is the problem… cause the other pages are broken on mobile.
+ this component : this component has never caused any problems with the viewport
FYI : On firefox with mobile view == all is ok / on chrome with mobile view = not ok
