    How can I make my website responsive? So I can see ok in different pcs and mobile?

    I don´t know why, I can do it with no problem. Is the same pasword you have been using all this time to help me, I didn´t changed it.

    My Apologies for the delayed response. The fact is, you need to care more about the responsive options. You are building the pages in Elementor. You can set a different size for almost everything in the Elementor for different devices. I recommend you to check out these articles for more information:

    We can give you CSS fixes for sure, but the thing is, you will require a CSS fix every time you want to change something. But if you do it all through the settings and options available, you can make sure the responsiveness is fine in all of the devices and you will find out how to deal with the future challenges.

    In your case, I can see that you need to resize some texts on mobile and that would resolve the issue.

    Thank you, I could edit some of the things, I have more questions.

     

    1) I would like to take off the arrows and put painted and empty dots in the bottom to show the gallery. I didn t find where I could do it.
    2) I would like to edit the Get a free quote for tablet, because is not very nice the format. Maybe to put it righter.
    3) I would like to know how can I do to put shadow to the text of the title and subtitle in the main gallery.

    About the contact forms

    4) I would like to configure and activate the forms, but I can`t find where to do it.

    1. I recommend to duplicate that section with slider and change the settings to enable dots pagination for mobile only https://take.ms/4n4Fb . Show the section with arrows on desktop and tablet.
    2. I see it like this on the tablet https://take.ms/16KJz . Could you please clarify what you want to modify?
    3. Unfortunately there is no shadow option there and it can’t be set with custom css code as it is applied for whole title block like this https://take.ms/FHKrK .
    4. What forms do you want to activate? Please clarify with more details.

    1. You need edit the Slider element settings and you’ll see Pagination option there which will enable the dots under the slider as you want. Arrows navigation option can be disabled there.
    2. Change your custom css code to this:
      @media (min-width: 768px){

      right: 5%;
      width: 45%;
      }}
    3. How do you want to configure the forms? Please clarify with more details.

    The code is added in Jupiter X > Customize > Additional CSS https://take.ms/EWS5X .

    As for the form, please update the theme to 1.17.0 version via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Updates.

    Then update the required plugins via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins.

    After that check the form.

    Hello,

     

    The code was copied incorrectly.

    I added it in Jupiter X > Customize > Additional CSS. Please check.

    As for the update, the warning means if you edited any theme files in the parent theme, the files will be reuploaded and the changes will be lost. Your pages, settings won’t be lost.

    So if you didn’t modify parent theme files, you can update the theme without worries. Anyway, create a full site backup before starting update process.

    Hello! thank you for the information. Ive already made the reupload, but I still dont receive the messages from the home to the mail I`ve configured.

    Please ask your hosting provider support to check mail logs on the server.

    Are there any notices in the logs?

    Also try to use Contact Form 7 plugin https://contactform7.com/ and check if the email can be sent.

    There is no any attachment in the post. Please re-send it.

    If the emails can’t be delivered even via Contact Form 7 plugin, it’s not related to the theme, something is wrong on the server side.

    It’s better if your hosting provider support investigate it.

    I tested the form and the message was sent successfully to my mailbox https://take.ms/0EaLP .

    When testing it on your side, make sure to fill in correct and working email address in the Email field https://take.ms/zLVsX . Otherwise you won’t receive the email to your mailbox.

    Thank you for your answer. I´ve tried to change in the SMPT email to my email address and neither received any message, and I did completed the form with a real email. I Attach you where I changed my address., please tell me if you did there, when you tested in your address.
