#56295 Revoked API and reinstated – can’t update theme
Timothy Torres 2 years, 4 months ago
I can’t update theme for Staging.Tinajoydavis.com
I get this error: API key and the domain are not matching
This site was hosted on Tinajoydavis.com – I moved it to staging.tinajoydavis.com so I could edit it.
I revoked access to api and added it again and I still have the error.Nodari Support Team 2 years, 4 months ago

Can you please check it again? I just updated your theme 🙂
Please note, I used my API key and it worked, right now the theme is activated but can you please deactivate the license and add your license key again?

Yesterday I updated theme here on this site to the latest version, now it’s downgraded?
The system shows that there is no such API Key: Your API key could not be verified. There is no such API key.
Can you please verify this once again? also, please provide access details to your Artbee dashboard

I checked your account and you have 2 licenses that are registered to mercykidsafrica.com and tinajoydavis.com
This means you can add the same API key of each site to their respective sub domain sites or sub folder sites without any problem.
I checked your site http://staging.tinajoydavis.com/ and it looks like you have already added the correct API key to it as it does not show API issue anymore. Here is the screenshot https://tinyurl.com/yayna3ex
You can now update the theme and the plugins yourself without any problem. Does it show any error (apart from the earlier API key issue) while you try to update?

Sorry for the inconveniences,
Please consider that the automatic update won’t be possible (due to security reasons) for sub-domain sites Alternative methods of the update are recommended.
Thank you for understanding 🙂
