    Hi Support,

We are at the tail end of the development and trying to style the search function.

We have come across 3 issues:

    1. There is a sale badge that shows up in the top right corner of the search results page: Try searching “acrylics” (see attached screenshot)
    2. The number of products/posts set in the customize section is not being adhered to.
    3. How can we style the layout to match for example the tag-archive display (see attached screenshot)

    Cheers

    Mark

    Hello Mark,

1 – I searched the word that you asked for but unfortunately, I cannot see any Sale badge. Here is a screenshot https://tinyurl.com/y3vspbgu

Okay, this actually seems to be happening when you search for any product like “Mats”. There seems to be some CSS issue. Have you added any custom Elementor template for product search?

2 – Are you using a custom template for the search page?

3 – Well, it should actually look like that but unfortunately, somehow its not which is very strange.

Could you please share the WP Login details so that I can debug this issue further?

    Regards.

    Hello Mark,

I see that you are using 62 plugins on the site which is very very huge.

I suspect the issue may be happening because of some plugin. Could you please allow me to deactivate the plugins temporarily?

    Regards.

    Hello Mark,

I debugged the site and this has something to do with your child theme.

I activated the parent theme and the search page is showing absolutely fine with all the correct styling. Here is a screenshot https://tinyurl.com/yxkajaj2

It seems like you have added some custom code in the child theme that is triggering this issue. Please contact the person who helped you with the child theme to fix this issue.

Also, please use only 1 cache plugin instead of using multiple plugins. You can continue using WPRocket plugin.

    Regards.
