    It has been several days with no response on my last ticket.

    Let me try to explain it a little better this time. The section where I customize CSS is not saving correctly and the theme settings sections does not save correctly.

    Some pages do not load correctly and it seems to randomly load old content. Incorrect colors and fonts throughout and on one page specifically it is loading a completely different font, pennflorida.com/commercial.

    This is happening on both the live site and the dev site (pennflorida.com and pennflorida.pinnacledevzone.com respectively).

    There is even a 3×3 menu grid at the top right of the header that was never shown before.

    Please advise ASAP.

    Hello There,

    Before everything else, I see you’re using an older version of the Theme https://themes.artbees.net/support/ken/release-notes/

    I suggest you try updating with one of these two methods:

    via WordPress dashboard
    or
    via an FTP client.

    Both are described here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-ken-theme/

    Please take full site backup before updating.
