When I activate woocomerce I get the following error message – i have cleared the cookies

Unfortunately, I am not able to see your website. Most probably, I need to be whitelisted or you should give me an IP so I add it to my “hosts” file in order to be able to access it. Currently, I see your pages like the attached images.
Regarding this issue, are you sure your checkout or cart page is not set to your homepage? You can check it in the “Pages” panel in the WordPress backend.
