Hi. I’m trying to replicate this website https://localvet.pt/ on https://webworld.pt/localvet/.

One of the things i’ve notest is that the test website is double the size of the original one. and it’s css. How can i make it smaller using jupiter?

Also i’m trying to insert the button with the number 915 763 743, on the right of the logo like on https://localvet.pt/but header builder is not letting me.

    Can you please chek?

    Thank you

I can see the problem, we need to disable all the 3rd party plugins on your site except the Required Ones to see if it’s a plugin conflict issue, do you allow us to do this?

Also, please kindly provide the FTP credentials too, we may need to re-install the theme files on your site to investigate.

Please make sure you already backed up your whole site first (with Duplicator plugin or All in One WordPress migration plugin).

    Thank you.

    Hi Sergio,

You needed to use the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin and set the jQuery version to “Legacy”. I did this for you and the issue is resolved.

Regarding the Size of the CSS, would you please point out what files are you comparing? I don’t know where to look at it. It would be a great help if you explain more. Usually, using a caching plugin, you can combine and minify the CSS files which will be a huge performance improvement, but the point is, Jupiter itself comes with minified CSS files. Please let me know more about this. thanks.

    Best regards

Hi. If you compare this websites https://localvet.pt/ and https://webworld.pt/localvet/ you will see the difference in size. About the menu i was able to change it like it was on the one you created. Is it possible to use the same button as the one i have on the banner with that icon and style? also in the sticky header the button doesn’t stay on the left of the logo like when on the top of the page. Thank you

Hi. I’ve notest that it’s not assuming the transparente header on this website. You can compare pages like https://webworld.pt/localvet/vetdicas/ and https://localvet.pt/vetdicas.html; https://webworld.pt/localvet/opinioes/ and https://localvet.pt/opinioes.html and it was before. Also the website now has a preload with jupiter 6 logo on it. Thank you

    Hello,

You enabled “Page Preloader” in the Jupiter Page Options section in the page editor https://prnt.sc/1b2jf8q .

Now there is no preloader on this page https://webworld.pt/localvet/vetdicas/ .

    Please check.

    Hi Sergio

For some reason save is not working, there might be 2 reasons,
    1. You have low WP memory, please increase it to 128MB https://prnt.sc/1sipv4r https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
    2. Conflict with third party plugins, please deactivate all your third party plugins and try again,

let me know the results, if you give me permission I can do both things for you

    Thanks

    Sergio Torres

Hi. Tried all of that without sucess. The last time you were able to change in the header builder. I already changed and it’s recorded but not saved. At least it didn’t have affect on the website. Thank you
