    Hi there!

    Let me just say I have purchased another of your themes for our business web shop. Ypu are great, thank you for such a amazing product.

    I have some problems with Woocommerce. Some strings are shown in Slovenian language (primary) some not (shown in English). Like PRODUCT, PRICE, QUANTITY, SUBTOTAL … Please see the attached file.

    I have not installed the child theme only parent. In Loco the Woocommerce in Slovenian language is 100% translated. I have no idea where to find them.

    Also a question, how to show tax value (in EUR) and price without TAX in cart? At the end I want the total price including tax.

    The page is not yet public. https://shop-roto.eu/

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards,

    Uros Sobocan

    Hello,

    Thank you for the feedback!

    We really appreciate it!

    Could you re-check Woocommerce translation in Loco Translate and click on “Sync” button, perhaps new strings will be added.

    If the issue still persists, please provide WP Dashboard, FTP credentials in the private reply.

    As for the tax issue, it requires additional customization in the woocommerce files, which is beyond our basic support scope, but you can create your request to WPDone team:

    Thank you for understanding.

    Hello,

    You didn’t translate the theme strings in Loco Translate.

    I translated Subtotal text in Jupiter X https://take.ms/phYJy and it’s applied https://take.ms/CoI9G .

    Please translate other strings in Jupiter X theme.

    As for the filters, if you use default Woocommerce filters on a custom page, they won’t work, as they are functional only on Woocommerce pages (archive, category), not on the custom pages created with Elementor. If you want to filter products added in the Elementor page, you need create the filter yourself with JetSmartFilters plugin which is bundled in the theme.

    Dear Tatyana, I always rate your products on envato market 🙂

    One more question. Can I have the same sidebar on shop page (default, not edited wit elementor) and on category pages? I can not find any options on Customizer (product archives).

    I have added the sidebar (primary sidebar) to shop page (over advanced tabs).

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards,

    Uroš

    Hello,

    I set the sidebar for Archive in Customizer > Layout > Archive https://take.ms/BQDex and now product category pages have the sidebar too.

    Please check.

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Dear Tatyana, thank you very much for help.

    I thought it was something like that.

    One more question. I have some problems with showing the SUBCATEGORIES on shop sidebar. They are not shown. If I choose “show as drop down = prikaži kot spustni meni” they appear. When I uncheck “drop down” they are gone, only Parent categories are left. Any Idea why? Also if you move to category GARDEN (or any other) only parent categories are shown (AGRI, GARDEN …) subcategories (CVETLIČNA KORITA, VRTNA DEKORACIJA …) are not. I don’t want to show categories and subs as drop down, but as list.

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards,

    Uroš

    Hello,

    I added this code in Jupiter X > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .widget_woocommerce_product_categories .children {
    display: block !important;
    }
    .widget_woocommerce_product_categories ul .cat-parent:before {
    display: none;
    }

    Now subcategories are shown as well.

    Please check.

    Regards.
