Hello, this is an issue I keep seeing (it’s come up in my other recent tickets too). I am making changes to this site, I can see the changed when using Elementor, but when I preview the site they are not correct. Other people seem to be able to see the correct version. What am I doing wrong here? It’s really slowing down progress.

    Thanks,

    Jen

Sorry, I don’t know why it’s not allowing sharing, please try here instead: https://youtu.be/JIkv8w9a5r0

The video isn’t essential. Basically I make changes in Elementor, click to preview and the changes don’t appear, or they appear incorrectly. If I look in a private browsing window I can see the changes correctly.

Yes I think a lot of my recent tickets are related to this issue.

    Hi Jen

Ok, got it, this is what I have right now: https://prnt.sc/1yajfly as I see all the changes made by is applied normally?
try to deactivate caching plugin while developing your pages, it may affect the building process and you may get your changes later than expected

    Hi Nodari,

Yeah I thought about that. Deleted the caching plugin and I’m still struggling here. Anything else that could be causing it?

    Thanks

    Hi Jen

I tried it several times again and all the changes are applied immediately for me, I’m so sorry but I really can’t reproduce a similar problem on the site, can you please try again? let me know if there is a specific way to reproduce that problem

    Thanks
