    My problem is an infinite “Installing in progress…”

    Hello,

    Please try to increase the WP Memory Limit value to 256M by adding the following code in the wp-config.php file before the line “/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */” :

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

    Also, contact your hosting provider support and ask them to install the ZipArchive library.

    After that try to import a template.

    If it doesn’t help then provide us with wp-admin and FTP (FTP host, FTP user, FTP password, FTP port) login details to your site in the private reply https://prnt.sc/qr3w3e to check the issue. Also, specify the template name you want to install.

    Regards.

    Hi, I’m also stuck installing the theme for the first time. it just simply will not pass the “installing required plugins”. all is green in the System status, including the 256 mb memory requirement, folders writable, clean wordpress install.

    Already also read https://themes.artbees.net/docs/template-cant-be-installed/

    Any more suggestions ?

    Sir, can you please update us with working credentials? In the system report you provided in the beginning, the ZipArchive library seems to be missing:

    Zip Archive: FalseZipArchive library is missing. Install the Zip extension. Contact your hosting provider.

    However, in the next reply, you said all are green. Actually, we need to see what is going on in the backend to be able to help. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
