Hello Jack,

    It seems like the template is not installing fine with the latest version of the Elementor. The Elementor guys have made a lot of changes in the latest version and that is why it’s not fully compatible yet.

    Please go to Elementor -> Tools -> Version Control and rollback to version 2.9.14

    After rolling back the Elementor, please try the template installation again and it should work.

    Let me know if that helped.

    Regards.

    Good morning Jack

    Regarding social icon changes – you need to change them form the header template, easy way is to open appearance > customize > header click on the edit button here and Header temple will open in the Elementor page builder, all you need to do here is to change them or add new icons πŸ™‚

    Let me know if it worked

    Same way you edit the Desktop version, just need to switch to Mobile View in Editor see https://themes.artbees.net/docs/elementors-mobile-editing-tools/

    Let us know if you need any assistance πŸ™‚

    may i know is there anyway to control the ver=1.10.1 as below?

    <link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’raven-frontend-css’ href=’http://xciteevent.com/wp-content/plugins/raven/assets/css/frontend.min.css?ver=1.10.1’/>

    Hi There

    This file is a minified file and should’t be edited, infact isn’t required to edit at all, you can just tweak the settings to get the Menu to look correct on mobiles.

    At the moment the Mobile Menu shows in Full-Screen Mode like this https://prnt.sc/ukvaj3

    How do you want it to look instead?

    Waiting for your reply πŸ™‚
