    Hi

    I think that after updating the Jupiter X theme to v2.1.0 and the Jupiter X Core plugin to v2.1.1, the pages where I use the Products Grid widget are no longer displayed correctly and the top bar where I could edit the page has also disappeared. Also, with the “JetTabs for Elementor” plugin active, the navigation menu no longer works either.
    Even after updating the theme, I noticed a conflict with the “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce | WooCommerce Waitlist Pro” plugin. I disabled the plugin, but it still doesn’t work properly.

    Please help me to solve this problem.

    Sorry for the delay, I spent a good time investigating these issues, but yet I’m not sure what happened with jetTabs, you may also use default tabs widget instead of JetTabs if you don’t use any special features. plus the big problem is that you have a bounce of plugins which makes the investigation even more complicated, is there any chance to set up staging copy of the site to not damage live website?

    Please consider, it’s very important because you have a complex website and lots of plugins.

    Ok, From what I see some of the files are not loading from the server: please get in touch with your hosting support about this issue, I think its a file permission issue, if you want to fix it yourself, please check this link:

    Please also note, some plugins are now deactivated, leave them as is for now

    Yes, but there are some other files as well; the problem also here is that you can see only images not loading, there might be a file that are not reported in this list.
    The website is still not available: https://prnt.sc/ShPJyhVabgar and this is like this for the last 30 minutes, you need to fix this problem with the website availability first, this problem is stopping us to help you

    Hi

    Sorry for the delayed response.
    Nice to hear you found the issue; please stay on that version for now.
    From what I know, some bug with the sorting and filtering was already reported, at this moment, we are peparing a new release of the theme where this (I hope this is the fix for your problem) and other issues are resolved, so, we just need to wait a little bit, it will take few days.
    Once we release a new update, check it (On the staging), and if you still have any issues, please start a new ticket.
