    Hi there

    I have installed Jupiter 6 – latest version – on garethbouch.com but it appears to be causing critical errors.

    Please can you investigate, I will attach login below privately.

    The FTP details that you have shared are not working.

    This is what it shows:

     

    Status: Resolving address of ******.com
    Status: Connecting to ***.***.***.***
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Could not connect to server
    Status: Waiting to retry...

    Unfortunately, even this is not working. Is it possible that the server has set some access limitations based on location?

    Hello Gareth,

     

    Unfortunately, my IP keeps on changing and I am not sure for how long I will be having my current IP.

    It would be great if you could unblock the IP’s of countries like Turkey, Ukraine, India because these are the places where our support team is distributed.

    Thank you for the provided information.

    It seems that restarting the ssh service helped and I was able to connect to your server.

    I re-uploaded the theme files to fix the issue. Please clear your browser cache and check the site now.
