Theme get deleted?

Hi, I use iWP to remotely update websites, not sure if this is related, but it seems that sometimes after updates are run, the jupiterx theme either gets removed or its plugins get disabled. Any ideas on this?

How do I replicate your problem? I don’t think it’s a problem of the theme and I would recommend to get in touch with Iwp support first, if anything is required from our side we are here to step in.
