Hello!
After updating the WordPress, Jupiter theme options are not displayed (instead there is “critical error” message). Also, despite the fact Jupiter theme is installed, it is not possible to check the settings – it says “Register Jupiter”, although it is already registered.
How can we restore “Theme options”?
P.S. we tried disabling/enabling plugins, it did not fix the issue.
Amir Rather 1 year, 5 months agoUnfortunately, the WP Login details you have provided don’t seem to work.

Please kindly recheck them and provide working details.
Waiting for your reply 🙂
Amir Rather 1 year, 5 months agoGlad to hear that.
Regarding the update, I should mention that upgrading from 4.x to 5.x or 6.x requires recreation of some pages or sections. The fastest way to do it is to duplicate your website on a staging website, then update the theme manually and start recreating the broken pages/sections one by one. After you finished them, you can move the updated website to the live one. Here are some tips on every step of this process:
-Duplicate your website in a staging environment using the WP Staging plugin in just one click.
-Find the updated package here in the Artbees Portal extract it in wp-content/themes/ folder to update the theme.-After finishing updating, simply use the All In One WP Migration plugin to move the updated website to the live one. It only takes two clicks.
Hope it helps 🙂

Dimitri Mouillard 1 year, 5 months agoHi! Thank you for your reply. Can you tell me how I can upgrade Jupiter from WordPress and nor via FTP? I do not see this option in “Theme settings”.
Amir Rather 1 year, 5 months agoYou can only update using one of these two methods:
via WordPress dashboard
or
via an FTP client.
Both are described here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/

Dimitri Mouillard 1 year, 5 months agoI have read this article, thank you. The question is – the option to update via WordPress is not available. How to fix that?
Also, the problem with registration of theme is still on. Although we have renewed support, the theme is still not registered. Here I attach the screenshot and would appreciate particular advice and not a copy paste of Knowledge Base we made sure to study.
Amir Rather 1 year, 5 months agoAs I said updating from 4.x to 5.x or 6.x needs to be done with the above two methods, updating via WordPress won’t work.
And the issue with Registration will also resolve with the latest version update.
