    Updated to the latest version of the theme (4.3.1) and THEME SETTINGS is no longer an option in the WPAdmin. This is causing my site to break. If I deactivate the child theme the site breaks even more.

    I can’t find the email with the credentials.

    Could you please post the login details here in the private reply?

    Are you using the child theme? If so, you can fix the issue as described below:

    Edit the file wp-content/plugins/ken-core/ken-core.php and change the line 412 ( https://prnt.sc/v30e90 ) from

    $theme_info = wp_get_theme( '' );

    to

    $theme_info = wp_get_theme( get_template() );

    Hi,
    this solution partially solved my problem.
    But the slider and portfolio still didn’t work.

    A message appeared in the administration advising to install the following plugin to temporarily solve the problem.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

    This fixed the problem, momentarily, but as the message says you have to update the theme files in the obsolete parts.

    Hello Glhu,

     

    We are aware of the issue and the issue is happening because of WordPress 5.5 which removed the default support for jQuery Migrate. To fix the issue, for now, the WordPress team itself has released this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ to address the WP 5.5 issues which you already installed.

    That said, we will fix all such issues in the theme and release an update in the future.

    I’m glad you know, but why didn’t you say it before? It seemed to me that I was clear.
    I made a copy of the site and sent the logins, in the end you repeated what I said šŸ˜‰

    Ps. how can i delete the access data written before?

    Hi,

    I was facing the same problem, and I am glad I foundĀ  this solution. However, just one problem remains: Texts andĀ  images withĀ  animationsĀ  do not display.

    Enable-jquery-migrate-helper is installed and active.

    I am experiencing this problem on multiple sites,Ā  and will provide wp-admin and FTP for only one as theĀ  solution should beĀ  the same for all the rest.
