#81847 “There has been a critical error on your website.”

my client informed me that their website went down due to a “Critical Error”. I can’t see any issue other than on the Jupiter Dashboard it says “There has been a critical error on your website.”
Has this issue came up before? Any advice would be appreciated.

This is strange.
Could you please allow me to update your theme and plugins?
To debug this further, please share the FTP details in a private reply so that I can checkout the error logs? Please ensure that the error logs/debug mode is enabled on the server.
Also, your PHP version is very old which may be a reason for the error. Please contact your service provider and ask them to update the PHP version to at least version 7.
