I am trying to edit a template and add new Elementor Widgets, but the menu is not displaying.

When looking at the Console I get this error messages.

    Hello,

Thank you for the provided information.

Could you please specify the link to the page where you see the issue with the Elementor editor, as I checked your home page and don’t see the problem?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards.

When editing a page with elementor, the button to get the widgets is not working.

I’ve tried to edit several pages and the issue continues.

I checked your site and the above page the Elementor loads the widgets correctly for me https://take.ms/T3Tmq

This might actually be happening because of the cache.

Could you please clear your browser cache (ctrl+f5 or cmd+f5) and purge the plugin cache (if using any cache plugin).

You can also check out this video to clear your cache and do a hard reload http://take.ms/p9ced

You could also check on any other device or browser.

Please get back to us in case the issue still persists.

    Waiting for your reply.
