#80725 Variable availability not displaying
Anita P 2 weeks, 1 day ago
We have a woocommerce website using Jupiter X with variable products. We have our woocommerce setting set to displayin how many items are left in stock (for example: 12 left in stock) and the stock availability was displaying correctly in the past. However, after some recent updates, the availability is no longer displayed on the website. You can see it here: https://georgenemec.com/product/cocktail-class/Tatyana Hutsol Support Team 2 weeks ago
Sorry for a delay.
It’s difficult to check the settings in your wp-admin because of the different language.
Could you please change the wp-admin panel language to English?
Looking forward to your reply.

Sorry but we can’t do that because this is a live site and changing that would change some of our frontend into English too.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delayed response. As far as I can see, you are using Jet Woo Builder and it’s custom templates on your shop pages. We are not sure why the stock availability is not showing up as you select a variable product since Jet Woo Builder is not our product. However, When you create a default single page template, it does have a “Sales badge” to the page. Maybe it is related. I recommend you to check the chockablock documentations here:
and in case the issue persists, kindly ask it from the chockablock community.
If you use the Jupiter X single-page templates, it is a different story, but here a third party plugin is involved and has nothing to do with Jupiter X. Thanks for your understanding.
